When MK pulls back and chirps like that in reaction to Dee's touch, mismatched eyes focus on him with a particular sharpness that shows just how much it catches his attention. He can feel the tremour that passes through the monkey and he watches, intently, when MK whimpers at him.

He curls his fingers more, letting the tips of them press into the slightly thicker fur at the base of MK's tail. He watches every reaction he gets as he does, studying them and cataloguing them furiously so he can start learning exactly what things get MK to make the best sounds for him. He smiles, something soft and also playful, a curl of warm mischief in his eyes as he watches the dark ones.

"I like it when you chirp like that." he murmurs, softly, letting his fingertips just brush against MK's tailbase before they dig in more. Pushing into the thick fur to drag down through it, just a bit. Only an inch of distance at most but it's enough that when he moves them back, it scriffles slowly through the fur, moving backwards against it's natural grain so his fingertips can get down to the skin beneath. All gentle and slow~
