Being here this way with MK feels very much like how he's daydreamed about it. It didn't start that way, as MK was so upset when he arrived, and Donatello intends to ask him about that later, but the softness and closeness between them? That's what he had thought about and he is so enjoying the way it feels. All it's little surprises included.

His cheeks flush, eyes crossing briefly, when MK boops his nose but he finds himself smiling, just as crooked and huffing out a soft laugh. That helps the little bit of nerves he had slide away and he nods. He bites his lip for a second, sifting his fingers through the soft fur along the curve of MK's neck and shoulder, as he watches those gorgeous dark eyes.

"It's gone both ways, to be perfectly honest." he says, quiet and a little sheepish, "I've entertained... many different variations of how I would like it to go. However, since I'm completely lacking in experience and you have at least some, now, I think I would like if you took the lead and topped? I think I will have a better time doing that after I have more direct data on how it all will work."

It's not self depreciating, it's just honest. Donatello is far out of his element and while he is a genius this is one place where science takes a back seat to affection. Which he's still very unsure of. He wants to try! But he needs some better idea of how to begin.
